What the on-site service charge includes:

• Diagnosis
• Full strip down and clean, tap and shaft seals replaced
• Drain tubes cleaned
• Training on operation and cleaning of machine

If additional parts are needed, you will be notified during the machine inspection. It is your choice to pay for these parts whilst the engineer is on-site and able to fit, or, you can purchase the parts at a later date and install yourself.

A full-price list of parts will be sent prior to the engineer's visit.

PLEASE NOTE - Engineer visits in certain areas of Scotland may incur additional charges due to location and accessibility. We will inform you of any extra fees based on your postcode before confirming the booking.
