£300 +VAT
Included in a machine service will be an on site diagnosis by one of our experienced engineers – If the machine is not repairable, has a refrigeration issue or is not cost effective to repair you will be refunded £125 plus Vat from the £300 Service charge already paid.
What the on-site service charge includes:
• Diagnosis
• Full strip down and clean, tap and shaft seals replaced
• Condenser & Filter cleaned
• Any broken Lids or Panels replaced
• Drain tubes Cleaned
• Replacement Solenoid, Micro switch & Fan motor if required
• Training on how to clean and operate the machine
What is not included:
• Replacement bowl
• Replacement Spiral beater (paddle)
• Replacement Motor gear
*The spare parts above can be purchased prior or during the on-site service but will need to be paid for in full before the engineer can complete the service.
